Our Cake

Our frosting : we mainly use fresh whipped cream but it can be subtituted to buttercream or fondant for certain designs and must first be approved by the baker.
Since our cakes are handmade, the final result may not be 100% similar to your reference.
Our cake contains no preservatives, no softener and no alcohol (HALAL).

Shelf Life :

Cake delivery only available for Jabodetabek area.
We accept : self-pick up , Grabcar Express or Sowon’s Delivery (flat rate 50k, toll fee excluded).
We recommend you for self pick-up.
We only allow delivery by motorbike or GoSend for Bento Cakes, if the distance is less than 5 kilometres away.
We do not recommend delivery by motorbike or sameday delivery service for Whole Cakes.

Delivery Notes :

Please contact our team before pick-up.
Before delivery we always ensure the cake is in a perfect condition, any damage during delivery is out of our responsibility.
Please inform us no later than 1 hour after the cake is received. After that time limit, we do not accept any damage complaints.
Pick-up & delivery time : 10.00 - 18.00 (Rawamangun), 10.00 - 12.00 & 18.00 - 20.00 (Sowon’s Delivery Service).
Delivery time is the estimated time that we deliver the cake from our place (not the time you received the cake).
Due to traffic condition, we can not guarantee all the couriers would be at your destination as scheduled.
If you want to ensure your cake arrived as your schedule, we suggest to place your order D-1 of your event date.

If you cancel your order within 1-3 days from your due date, it's nonrefundable, nor convertible to store credit.
If you cancel your order within 4-21 days from your due date, it's nonrefundable but convertible to full store credit.

Change of Date, Design and Address can be placed maximum 3 days before your due date.
Change of Date might not be possible if the other dates are full.
